Elevate is, by far, the best company Ive used on this app - and Ive used a few. The care and consideration I was shown has me completely blown. Not only were they nice as hell but they were able to find the perfect strain for my anxiety. LET ME TELL YOU! The product is excellent. Again, blown. Ill be recommending everyone to tell and they have become my go to. When you know, you know.

I have to be honest and say this is the worst product Ive received since Ive been using this app. I ordered a half of BD. After smoking three packed bowls I felt nothing. Tried again in an hour and nothing. I inquired about it and they did try to rectify the situation and ended up giving me a half of another strain at no charge. Got home and was excited to quell my anxiety but again, after three packed bowls, nothing. I only smoke once or twice at night so my tolerance isnt high. I wanted to test it out though so I found a blunt with some green in it from my last pickup and I was stoned immediately. Unfortunately, this revealed that I now have an ounce of very bad, ineffective product. I wish I could get my money back but Ive chalked it to the game. Im writing this review because I dont want anyone else to experience this - as a lot of us are using it medicinally. Customer service was A-1 but the product... smh.

My order was for 2:45 but someone did not meet me until about 7pm. I usually commute via metro when picking up so sitting outside for over 4hrs was really irritating - and no one let me know beforehand that there was a delay. When I finally received my order I was missing an eight. Quality was ok. Customer service could have been a lot better though. I just hope I can eventually get my eighth.
