Went to these guys multiple times with no problems. The last time I went they were two hours late, my gift was missing a gram, and the gifts were not what was advertised. I messaged and called the next day when they were open but nobody answered. When I finally got a hold of them they denied any request for the missing gram or exchanging the product, saying, "You should've called earlier." Told them I did and there's a message on here that was never replied to as well. They then told me I probably put my own stuff in the darts (???) to give back to them. Again, I went to these guys no problem for a while so I'm extremely disappointed.
