I placed a pre- order for 3:45. I tried to get it delivered to the place I normally pick it up. The driver calls me at 2 and says I'll be there in 40 minutes. I said no. I wanted it when and where i asked, having other plans. He said ok. Calls back an hour later wanting me to meet him sooner on u street. I called to ask about this to the main number. Says they'll call him. Calls me back and still wants me to meet him where he wanted. Not convenient for anyone but him (regardless of what he said). I could have been where I wanted my delivery by delivery time. Didn't get until almost 4:45 because we had to look for where he wanted and then wait for him to show. I haven't had any other problems ordering.
