Im placing my second order with weed love. First time was so great Im reordering. The communication on the total donation amount and time frame is so key, I cant stand it when companies dont keep you updated. Not only that but both strains I got last time were top notch! AndIm excited to try a new one from them this time! Truly happy with their service and their products!

They ask you to review them after youve placed your order and before youve received any service. I placed my order at 6:33 am. I placed it before they opened at 7am so I knew it would be a hit before I heard back. I texted then at 7:40 to make sure they received my order since I hadnt heard anything. 7:55 I got a yes we received your order. 8:32 I received a text stating my total and that my delivery would be there in 90 minutes. At this time I also recieved a text saying if I gave them a review (before I received my order) And take a pic i would get a free preroll. I almost didnt do this because I hadnt received any service or tried the product yet but hey I wamted the free ore roll. I was supposed to get my delivery at 10. At 10:40 no follow up from anyone. I tect them, nothing. I called then and the lady said shed have the driver call me. The driver then proceeds to call me and tell me I can either meet him at a different location in twenty mins or he would be at my location in 40 minutes. Wtf?! After this I relaized Ive ordered from this place before and it was the same issues. Driver is disconnected from home base and no one communicates. Ill try the product later but this is just too annoying to deal with again and its sketchy as hell they want you to place your review befor youve received product or services. The tincture I bought Also does not seem to be working. Im so upset

So far so good!! Placed my order early and was communicated to in a timely manner. Super friendly and a great selection with better prices Than a lot of the other places. Im really Looking forward to trying the tincture! Been looking for a good one for a while so super excited to have found it here!

I tried The gummies, prerolls and two different strains. The gummies tasted awesome, and gave me a super enjoyable experience that lasted just long enough! Prerolls were great and Im excited to try the flower! Jamie my driver was quick, right on time, super friendly and very helpful! He was able to meet me right where I needed Him to with a quick phone call. All and all one of my best experiences on here. Also big selection and great deals!

After ordering from three different places, I just Wanted to get on here and let everyone know that Capitol danks is by far by far far the easiest and best communication Ive gotten from any of the services. They are litterally the only ones who come at the time they are supposed to.Its so frustrating when companies keep you waiting hours after the scheduled time. My only complaint is their prices are just way to high. So Im not sure if Ill be back yet or not, but I just Wanted to give them kudos for communicating and the quality of their service

Ive tried and tried with this company because their prices and product are good but time is the most important thing in life And I cant Get these guys to communicate a correct time frame to save my life. When they text me that they received my order there is absolutely no further communication when I ask For a time frame. One time I placed An order for their early bird free delivery special. I was there at 8 in the morning after placing my order the night before. I didnt Receive any communication from them until 9:30! Didnt get my order until after ten. They claimed they would make up for it but Ive ordered twice since then and the only thing Ive gotten is more lack of communication on meeting times! I literally Called the guy and he said your delivery driver will be there in fifteen. Delivery driver calls and tells me it will be 35 minutes! I one Million percent understand that I am Not the only person ordering from them. All that I wamt Is for when I place an order is for them to say got your order its this much money and we can be there at this time if its five hours after Ive placed my order thats FINE just tell me thats what its going to be so I onow And dont have to wait hours at a time thinking my delivery is coming at a time when its not!

Ok so I absolutely Love this delivery service. I like The drivers. Love how quick and responsive they are - just would like someone to clear up the rewards program for me. Ive been able to use my $50 off on a hundred dollar order several times yet today I had To place an order for $150 to get $50 off. Kind of upset me as I have Multiple tones been able to use it on $100 orders with multiple different drivers. So just wondering what is the policy here? If someone could clear it up for me so that I understand Better and wont be so upset next time on having to spend an unexpected $50 bucks. Thank you, and thanks for being good at what you guys do.
