Will not be ordering from again. We have ordered from here 3 times and each time it was 1-2 hours late. I understand it gets busy and I am a patient person, but there was also ZERO communication from them to me. Today was a joke. Preordered for 1:00, by 1:45 I had not heard anything so I called and was talking to the guy and trying to talk to him about waiting for almost an hour and he hung up. My wife called back and he was very rude to her and we still waited. For another hour! When we threatened to go somewhere else the driver called almost immediately to say he was on his way. He showed up at 3:45. And we paid $25 more than we were quoted in the preorder. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Yes, their product is good and cheap. But is is NOT worth the terrible service.
