TL;DR: Awful communication and drivers were late, but the product is top notch.My first experience with the company wasn't the best. Both parties were equally at fault. I put in my order on Thursday for a Saturday delivery, they had me up for that night in two hours, where I had to travel an hour just to get it.I replied back that my order was supposed to be for Sat afternoon, and they instantly pinged me back that I was locked in.Saturday afternoon comes, no one is here. After SEVEN calls, they finally picked up. We spoke, I was told my order was accidentally deleted. It happens, I get it.I was told they could have a guy out there with my purchase and some freebies in 2 hours.Two hours go by, no one is around. Another 8 calls later, again they finally pick up. Im told its on its way and I would be texted the information needed to locate the driver. That never arrived. Its highly possible they were using the wrong number. I finally did get my product and, damn. I was not thrilled with waiting an additional five hours, but it's good stuff. High quality and great price.Just wish there were better communication within the company.
