Sugar High is simply the best. They sell wonderful product at a reasonable price. THEIR PROFESSIONALISM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNPARALLELED IN DC. Until I find out I need something super niche that they don't carry, I'm never buying from a different dispensary (and even then, I'll probably ask them to work with me on a special order before I look elsewhere). That's how much I only want to deal with Sugar High from now on!

Abject failure. No communication for the first hour, then I get a text saying my order has been prepared and will soon be out for delivery. An hour and a half later, more texts and a call ignored, I get a text "this is supposed to be for tomorrow right?" 90 minutes after they confirm my order, this person tries to play dumb. I call, no answer. I text "if my stuff isn't already on the way can you just tell me where I can pick up?" "Sorry. Thought this was for tomorrow. The shop is closed now." Wtf? I pre-ordered on the site shortly before they opened. I thought it was weird that they'd be open from 10:15 PM to 1:00 AM, but whatever. Now, just about 12:30 AM, I see that their listed hours had changed. So... I guess technically they were right. No explanation, no solutions, not even an "I'm sorry," just a one word "sorry." I know that last point is nitpicking, but if you're going to put such a half-assed effort into running your business, at least be polite about it. Med quality 2 stars instead of 1 because of theoretical value, since theoretically is the only value way I was able to enjoy it.

I love this place, but don't bother with the juul pods. I got the 3 for $100 deal and they didn't work with my juul. I actually went out and bought an ovns mod (the brand of pod they sell) thinking the same brand battery would make them work. No dice. It works great for juul pods, but these pods suck. $100 gone.

I placed an order with PAQ at about 9:30pm on a day when they said they were open until midnight. Straight up no call no show.

Usually have a great experience with this place. But a few I bought a one gram cartridge of kosher Kush and the quality was terrible. Not the quality of the high, the quality of the cart itself. Oil might as well have been leaking from thing because I usually go through a gram in around 2 weeks and this one was totally empty in 4 days. Maybe just stick to their flower until they change brands for their carts.
