My husband and I recently used Reefer Express for the first time, Saturday (6/1/2019), ordering was easy, delivery was quick (about an hour), We used the 3 for $140 cart special, and ordered 3 exotic carts and 3 Kingpen carts. One of the Kingpen carts (Gelato) was missing from the secured packaging, am empty tube inside. So we received 5/6 carts, making this no deal at all, paid full price for all five carts. So unfortunate when the service presented so nicely.
