Had a little bit of a hick-up with delivery and it was still 10/10 experience as always with Cannabear. They even included candy bags for all hallows eve :) Cannot recommend highly enough, their customer service is surpassed only by their quality! Best, Bobby

Order placed at 5:50 pm. Did not receive a text till after 7:20 pm saying they would text again soon. We did not hear back until we text them over an hour later asking for an eta at which point they quoted another 30 minutes. That is not delivered within an hour. The order was not correct- and we did not receive the free first time gift. I don't understand why you are lying. I have the pictures, texts, and order to prove it.

Terrible experience- they were not very responsive and we did not hear until almost (2) hours after we placed the order that they even received it despite us calling to confirm the order. When they did text us they simply said they would text soon with an update, but did not respond for another hour until we text them again and asked for an ETA. When they arrived they gave us the wrong product, but we did not check until they left and so we tried to call and text them- their voicemail box isn't even set up. They ripped us off and did not replace the incorrect product they gave us which we have no way of consuming. We informed them of our needs, placed the order, and informed them that we were first time customers (which even states you'll receive a free gift- we didn't). We tried to reach out multiple times to correct the order, but apparently they were too busy playing Pokemon to respond. Definitely wish we could get our money back- what a waste.

Incredible experience. Called before ordering to double check options as I was in a time crunch, very helpful staff and friendly driver with his adorable security dog! Great quality free gifts, and the weekly specials are top notch. One of the best services I've found between WW & r/dcents. As a medical user consistent quality and clear communication are key, Cannabear delivers both in spades!

Picked up some infinite Euphoria last week and it is the only way I survived my mother-in-law spending the week with the wife and I. Excellent drivers, great quality, fair price; can't ask for much more! 10/10 Will do again.

Bait and Switch on "sales". Terrible communication or lack there of. One of the worst services I've used in the district. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.
