My cartridge had a hairline fracture in it and they said they'd replace it cause it was leaking oil. When I asked to meet up , I was told "our driver has car issues". The next day the cart exploded since I left it in the car. That hairline fracture messed me up

First off I claimed the $20 off flower happy hour. They text me and I text right back I claimed the deal. No response. The message said they will notify me when they are on their way. I get a call when the driver is there and I tell him I am 19 mins away since I knew the window they gave me was 30 minute window. So they don't let me know they are on their way just that he is their and will wait. So I get there and he tells me the deal is only for certain hours even though I claimed it. It was my first time and I thought he would let it slide but he gets upset and tells me I ordered too early for the deal even though I got a text saying it is claimed. He made a big stink about it. As a business owner remember the customer always comes first otherwise they will not deal with you. On top of that the cartridge had a hairline crack and slowly leaks oil. Have had better experiences with all other places and this one I will pass.

Don't get their oil cartridge. They suck and don't work. Low potency or just not made right. All the cartridges the driver had were leaking. I needed this for vacation. Very disappointed!

Thought pre-filled pen was a good idea. Needed it for vacation. Was supposed to be a gram as advertised! Lasted two days with moderate use. I use to get half grams that would last a week. I am hoping it still has oil in it and the battery was just dead. Payed alot but disappointed. Worked well until it died.
