So, I placed my order at 2:19 pm. I checked it about 40 minutes later and it said that it was still pending. No big deal. At two hours in, I thought it was weird that it was still pending, but I give the benefit of the doubt and I still patiently waited. At about 5:30, I thought it was weird that they haven't accepted the order and thought it was an oversight. So, I called 15 minutes later and go straight to vm. Then I text. 6pm rolls around and I send a message through WW. No response. 6:15, call and text again and nothing. I then look at their dashbosrd and realize that they close at 6. Which means for the LIFE of me, I can't reason why they wouldn't accept my order especially since I was never informed that they couldn't deliver it since I have ordered from them in the past. I almost NEVER leave a negative review, but when hours of my time is wasted, I have a HUGE problem. Good tree, but what's the point if you can't get it? I also was looking for a new shop to order from and I never commit myself until I know the product is good and consistent and that delivery is close to the time that they propose. I order about an oz every week or so it's a shame that at the point where I am about to be all about this company, that the ball was majorly dropped. I want to say that I would try again tomorrow, but I that will be truly dependent on how this issue is handled and if I have 4 hours out of my day to spare

Well it was my first time ordering from this didpensary and I must say I'm disappointed. The first hurdle I went through was confirming my order and ETA. When I place my order they cslled to confirm my ID then when I asked about ETA they never replied back. The next contact I had was by the driver who called to confirm his ETA as well as not to forget a tip. He then called when he was out front and said that he was out front and not to forget a tip. Then when I came to get my order, he actually asked about the tip. Quote: "What no tip?" I have been ordering from different dispensaries off this website for the last 2 years and I have NEVER had a driver ask for a tip, let alone 3 times in one transaction. Usually the $20 delivery fee takes care of it. Then after hitting 3 j's over the last 24 hours, the weed is what I consider huf. I always order this strain from different dispensaries because its the strain that I like most and I have never been dissppointed by it dispite the dispensary that I order ftom - this was the first time that I have been disappointedby the tree Ihave purchased. I just finished one and was let down for the third time in a row. I hate to sdmit it, but I'm probably order more from one of my go-to's bdcause it's that whack. Beware, you get what you pay for - cheap price, cheap service, cheap tree.

They are super responsive and informative. The only thing that I wosh they had were deals on ounces since I tend order that amount at a time. Other than that, great service and company.

I should have posted this probably a while ago, but this place is my go to for deliveries. They are 90% always on time and the product has yet to disappoint. Keep up the great work guys!

Very nice drivers and very quick for the delivery! Some of the best tree that I've had in quite some time. I've ordered from this company before and definitely plan on ordering again. Two thumbs up!
