I have been coming here every month for about 8 months and have always been completely satisfied, even recommended frequently. Unfortunately the last couple times Ive come Ive been disappointed. Last month the leakage was so severe none of the carts we bought were filled to capacity; they did recognize this and added a couple extra to compensate. It almost did. This month when the packaging changed to help with leakage Im still noticing short carts. Not only that they are now clogging, one of the main reasons I switched to here in the first place. I hope these issues are resolved by next month or I might have to shop again. Very disappointed theses last couple times...

Time has no meaning... Had they not been almost an hour and a half late I would not have been sideswiped. I give kudos to the driver for making his way back to me, thank you. I prefer carts, when I ordered from them I sucked more product thru the tip. Gross. I thank you for the discount but I will not be back, nor will I ever recommend.

Had a bad cartridge and they changed it out no problems! They were on time and Very easy to deal with! Their product is top notch!! Thank you!!

Three Strikes is the only review I can give BuddhaBuddyDC. Strike One: Nearly an hour late, they promised a free gift (besides the advertised gift w/ purchase) and a veterans discount. Nothing but a promise to make up the next time. Ok, game.Strike Two: I ordered a different product, and was promised the make up gifts. Joke; so they said theyd come back with them. Ok. I tried my new item, waiting for the correction about another hour.I discovered I had received the wrong item and pointed it out. After a very promising callback, I was told no problem theyll take care of me because they value their veterans especially. And Strike Three...Im a sucker, ordered a different product (because so far nothing stuck out as a repeat) plus replacement. I was told I had a $20 delivery fee when I pointed out a $20 calculation error. I call that a wonderful way to correct their mistakes and take care of their veterans, dont you? BuddhaBuddyDC is not your buddy
