Left me waiting for over an hour after 17min ETA. No reply after I was notified that the driver arrived. The screenshots of the text correspondence are proof of the unprofessional organization of the delivery. Text excerpt 30min after delivery ETA "He's outside in. Truck And he." I called to clarify the messages and there was no answer. I hope the company and staff will contact me to correct this inconvenience and reassure consumers like myself, that customer service is important to them. I have read several reviews warning of the poor communication- but hope that they are willing to change that reputation. If not- i'm sure plenty of others will be happy with the future business from regular buyers.
