That was not true at all. I'm a honest person. And when I received a call, that wasn't mentioned at all to me. Only thing was asked was delivery expectations(45m to a hour) 2nd call (I was told another 30 min because they was behind) Called back twice and received a text telling me it was canceled. If it was mentioned from the beginning I would have used another service or used a different address to obtain service with you. Its cool no love lost y'all keep doing y'all thang! My friend still says y'all are the best!

My friend told me to try Supreme. It wasn't a good experience for me at all. I placed an order @5pm something , and now its past 8:30pm & I get a reply text saying "they said that order has been canceled" I tried to even call but still no answer. I trusted in my friend & got bad service! However, if I was told 2 hours ago that I would not get service I would have used my other options. Now its late & no meds. I'm not going to bad talk them because this was the only experience that I will have. Glad that others got exactly what they wanted. (March7th2019)

Me not reading just being interested, didnt even pay attention to the business hours. ?? When I noticed it, my order was accepted. Since I knew I was early I just had patience ?? Customer Service was prompt & informative. I don't know about the other reviews Ive read but my experience was well worth it. I even got some gifts which made me smile. ? I will be back again soon. Thanks

I've used Herb 3 times so far. I had no complaints from Day 1. Being though it was my 1st time, they helped me the whole way. The last time I used the services, they were short on drivers & it was almost to closing time. The driver kept I'm contact with me the whole time even down to how long they may take to deliver. I freaking loved it! I only had 1 strain that I didn't like. (Sherbet) other than that I will continue to use the services.
