Short version: Waited 2.5 hours, never got my product. Was constantly told I only had to wait a little while longer. Took over an hour to get a driver, and the driver could not make it to me after well over another hour. Long version: Asked to pick up at around 9. They told me it would be a bit after 9, and the driver would call me. No big deal. I take the metro to the address I gave and show up a bit after 9. At around 9:30 I text them that I haven't heard from a driver yet and ask for an ETA. A while later, they call me telling me that none of their drivers are answering them, but one is about to head out, delivering to me first, and will call me very soon. It's already after 10 by this point, but I was happy I'd only have to wait a bit longer. At like 10:30 the driver calls me and tells me he is still somehow 30 minutes away. Kind of annoying, but I decided to keep waiting. 40 minutes later, after telling me he was 30 min away, I ask the driver for an ETA, and he is somehow still 15 min away. It's after 11 by this point. I'm annoyed but I tell him I'll wait 15 min and then head home if he doesn't show up by then. 15 minutes go by, and he tells me he is still 10 minutes away, so I finally head home a bit after 11:30. Nearly 2.5 hours just waiting in DC. I've had other businesses on this site be late before, which is no big deal, but I've bought from plenty on this site and have never had any just not bring me my order. Great prices, but you might never get your product. Imagine after a long week, you head into DC and wait over 2.5 hours for a business to simply drive to you the products you ordered, and they simply can't get it done. Do not buy from these guys.

Great carts, plus a preroll included in my order, and I only had to wait like 15 min while other sellers usually take 45min or more. Highly recommended!
