These guys are solid. The uncut carts are pretty good. One didnt work and they replaced it with no problem. Delivery is on time every time.

Delivery was on time. One of the cartridges stopped working after a few days. They exchanged it with no problem. Great customer service

Jetpack did me wrong. I ordered 20g of space queen and 1 brass knuckles cart. The bud had beautiful nuggs but lacked potency. It looked very pretty but smells, tastes, and hits like reggie. I never complain when I get bad bud off here cause I know that some strains are just not to my liking. But my bigger issue is with the cart. Ive ordered this same exact cart from other vendors on here and it was straight fire! But the one Jetpack gave me was not. It was unopened and the packaging looked legit, but I suspect it is a counterfeit. It has a funny watered down taste and after hitting it about 7 times, I had no cough and no buzz whatsoever. Its almost like it has no THC at all. I reached out to Jetpack to express my concerns and to maybe exchange my cart, but my calls and texts are being ignored. They usually have good communication when you want to order, so the fact that they are now avoiding me tells me that they know they did me wrong. I guess Ill just take it as a $250 lesson learned. So to my fellow stoners, take my advice and stay away from Jetpacks carts and dont be fooled by the attractive names and pretty pictures. Im hoping they reach out to me and make things right and if they do, Ill be sure to update this review.

Have used them several times and have never been let down. Excellent customer service and have never been late on a delivery. One of my carts started tasting funny half way through and they exchanged it with no problem. Theyre expensive but they are the best. You get what you pay for...just like anything else in life.
