Wisconsin moves forward with legalizing CBD oils for children

Recent legislation in Wisconsin has passed allowing children with severe seizures to access CBD oils for treatment. However, the language in the bill makes it unclear just as to where exactly patients or parents can obtain CBD oils. The bill is now headed to Governor Scott Walker for final approval.
"I'm just so overwhelmed and overjoyed and so grateful that we have a renewed hope for our kids and our families," Volker told the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel.
