I have been there three times. I do not understand they would have a dispensary upstairs. Are they really for the disabled? What a climb. Then stand around for 20 minutes waiting for the one person to help me. I understand he was with someone else. After almost 20 minute he should have put them to the side and helped me, obviously he was going to be with the other people for a while yet. The girl that was to be in the front office was down stairs getting high and looking into a van with a dog and B.S.ing with someone. I did not even get to look at anything. Needs to higher more people obviously. Two people can not handle the job. As for rating: F-F-F-

It was great to visit a place where they really care about what's going to work best for me and not about how much money they can make off each person. I will absolutely be back to visit Jim again here soon in the future.

Good honest folks that genuinely care. The Speediness is not necessarily important. Time is taken to answer questions, but it's not easy to balance both speediness and good teaching and make all happy. They are a top notch operation and Roseburg is fortunate to have them. Thomas

if you haven't , get your ommp cards and try out this company . its worth the 200$ to start and 100 a year for great service and a caring dispensary , versus a liquor store and uncle sams pocket book.

=) im crazy now I have to review until the ratings are back up.. lets say I never talk to 420 club again in my life , please ppl remember 1 thing , these are good ppl , with very honest business intent. they have held me for years and that's pretty tough .(I really am crazy, thats not a j/k)

the review index does not let me delete . I have wasted more than a couple days waiting around for these guys so naturally my honest review would be tarnished. with that said , I do believe the people that own the store to be good hearted folks. I an re-reviewing because having their business rating low kinda hurt my heart a bit, kind of like the no call, no shows have but neither here nor their.

they re very flakey... if you have money they help you.. if you are a patient in need , low on funds ( say 100$) they will ignore your calls or even tell you they will be their and just no call/no show. there are plenty of good dispensaries in roseburg that allow you to skip these guys.... that's my recommendation.
