Where to Buy Marijuana in quebec city

SQDC - Vieux Quebec

While it’s true that cannabis is recreationally legal in all of Canada, each province has unique rules regarding how and where cannabis sales are allowed. Due to language barriers, however, many American stoners might be confused about how and where to pick up some cannabis on their trip to French Canada. Thankfully, we here at Where’s Weed are here to simplify things for you!
In the province of Quebec, the only way to legally purchase and enjoy recreational cannabis is to get it via their Société Québécoise du Cannabis, or SQDC for short. That’s right! Despite recreational legality in all of Canada, the province of Quebec opted for a tighter, more restrictive approach than other regions in the country.
It’s important to note that despite cannabis being legalized and normalized for use in Canada, there are still severe consequences for breaking the law. The bottom line is that if you’re not getting your cannabis products from a state-sanctioned SQDC dispensary, you’re doing things wrong and risk getting into serious trouble.
Recreational users can choose between dried flowers, concentrates like extracts, and edibles. Due to Canadian advertising, production, and marketing restrictions, each product will come in plain, discrete packaging. To get your hands on some recreational cannabis, you’ll need to be over 21. Then make sure you’re not smoking or even vaping in public spaces, and be aware of possession limits (150g fresh cannabis, 2100g of liquid cannabis, and up to 7.5 g of extracts like shatter, hash., and THC-rich infused cannabis oils.)

As long as you don’t mind waiting and dealing with a bit of a bottleneck in getting your hands on some top-notch recreational products, then you’ll do just fine in French Canada. Just be careful, stay as discrete as possible, and know where and when to use your products!
