1.0You guys really need to make up your minds, or retrain your entire staff (especially the front lobby personnel) on what to say about COVID and mask restrictions. I literally heard the rudest interaction between your staff(the rude guy) and a customer not even 2 days ago about the requirement to wear a mask... luckily I had mine that day.. and then TODAY I was able to walk in without one today without any problem at all?! So either the employees get to pick and choose who they want to make wear the mask or they are all gravely incompetent for the job they have.
