I made a review about a year ago here but had to delete so I could update my review. I've been using Herb for medication for about a year now. We're from Cali, so we're used to the heavy shit, and Herb DEFINITELY does that job well. Very nice quality bud, and very nice drivers who are really nice to have conversations with. I will definitely give Herb credit where it is due. Unfortunately, in the year I've been ordering here it's only gotten more complicated to fulfill orders, especially lately. Communication can be hard, sometimes you're left out in the open not knowing if your order is on its way or not. I once ordered at 6pm (3-4 hours before closing time) and was told that we could not get our order by 10pm that night, the business was nice enough to order to us first thing in the morning though.Be aware that you may be told that your order can't be fulfilled for some reason- usually because Herb is too busy. I'm glad Herb is busy and business is booming, but the issues with communication, fulfilling orders, and customer loyalty should be addressed. It's obvious customer loyalty is not that high of a priority.All in all, not a bad place to order from. Definitely one of the better ones in D.C. if you don't mind waiting an hour or more (in Cali the average wait was 2-3 hours so 1 hour is great!), I guess you just must be prepared to look for somewhere else if they are too full with orders.

Flying Nimbus has definitely earned their 100%'s. Fast, friendly, amazing bud at a price that you really can't beat. Will be ordering again. Only complaint, you should specify in your description that you don't deliver until 11am ;)

Called them up today to order the $120 pick 3, 1 half gram cart and two 8ths of herb. The gentleman mentioned pink candy, it was an extra $10 but I decided to go for it cause it sounded good. So he tells me to text my order to them and I do it within minutes. Order arrives in a pretty timely fashion but lo and behold both of the 8ths are different from what I ordered. So I text them and let them know, and apparently they ran out and thought somebody contacted me. Well, nobody contacted me and apparently nobody told the driver not to charge me the additional 10 dollars, either. I called to try to rectify the situation but they just told me they would call back in 5-10 minutes and now it's been about an hour and a half. So I decide to call them one more time to give them another chance to make it right before I give up and write a review. But now suddenly their phone number goes straight to their (full) voicemail. It's been about 3 and a half hours now since I ordered and I still am not satisfied so all I can really do at this point is say, if you want consistency, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service, look elsewhere. Disappointed.
