5.0This place saved my day!!! I had called another dispensary (area71) and set up an order the night before. I ended up getting left hanging by Area71, they didnt show up to deliver and then wouldnt answer my texts after I drove 4 hours to DC. but Cannaway came in clutch when it wasnt even their mistake. Easy ordering, fast delivery, excellent customer service! Product is fire! I highly recommend. All hail Cannaway DC!! Ill be coming back to here again and again!***Edit***So Area71 eventually got back to me and made it more than right. But Cannaway was so fire and had awesome deals, Ill still be coming back to Cannaway DC!
4.0I preordered the night before. Set up a meeting time (I had to drive 4 hours to get to DC). They acted really accommodating, until it was time to meet the driver. Waited 2.5 hours, Delivery driver never showed up. Tried to text Area71 and I got absolutely nothing! No one would answer my attempts to reach them. I called another dispensary and had product within 30 minutes.***Edit***So Area71 did reach out to me and they went above and beyond to make it right. I have adjusted my rating and will be giving them another go. Everyone has a bad day once in a while. They owned it and made it right.
