I LOVE the product from this place, the DRIVERS are really great! but the service lacks quality. I've ordered from here about 10-11 times to make sure that my review is honest and fair. Whomever answers the text messages has had an attitude when i inquired about delivery times. There standard is 60- 90 mins, but on this particular order time had already gone by and this person was telling me I needed to wait and additional hour and a half. I used to place orders and they would text me (within 10 mins) saying the order was received and would be packaged for delivery. Response times lagged to half an hour, then even 45-mins to an hour. NOW I have to text them to make sure that my order went through.... AS the customer I shoudn't have to! As I'm trying this I just placed and order and no one has responded yet. :/ Please get your shit together! I'm getting tired of feeling appreciated as a customer. I spend alot of money with your business and eventually i'll just go spend it elsewhere.
