Great service, communicative and prompt in their delivery,. But I am massively disappointed with the quality of what I got. It was mostly trimmings and and the quality of the buds were sub par. It leaves something to be desired. It's a good service, bad product.

We have been with Herb for about a year now and we are very disappointed with the quality. Improper trimming, cross pollination, poor potency and a general headache when consuming. This is not what we are used to from herb but they really let us down.
