No, I do not think that arriving ahead of time constitutes grounds for discounted service that sounds utterly ridiculous; however, youve conveniently neglected to mention that you text messaged me the following: if he gets to you before the estimated time he gonna give you -10 from your total donation. So after reading this text, this is why I expected a discount and not for any other reason than this is what you explicitly communicated. I understand, you have flawless reviews up until now, but youve dropped the ball in a major way. Taking to a message board to attack a customer with a legitimate grievance is a bad look and people will take notice of that. We are in an environment where small businesses have asked America for financial assistance and for us to spend our dollars in your establishment to help sustain the economy. Well let me tell you; it isnt about the $10; more so the principles of business such as honesty and trust. You texted what I stated above and I have records of that, this is the only reason I expected the discount. Also, rudeness begets rudeness. So now, $10 will probably cost you a lot in the long run as people read this and respond accordingly.

Purchased with a friend about a week ago through their account. THE MOST HORRIBLE experience. It took about 4 hours to get the delivery, and even after the wait, they should've kept the bud because I might have well been smoking nothing at all. Never again.

Where to start. I saw all of the great reviews and decided to give this place a try. Previous order experiences had been bad, so why not. First, the driver called me trying to get me to do a pickup that would still cost me an additional $20 fee for delivery because he was going to be late otherwise. He was very rude and not customer service oriented at all. I decided to cancel and call the main line. A woman contacted the driver and informed me that he could be there before the estimated time with a $10 discount. When the driver arrived he asked me to walk to the passenger window, as if he were afraid of me but not my money. Then proceeded to hold it and demand the other $10. When I tried to call and make sense of what happened I was told that I owed the $10 because the driver was there before the estimated time. This is not the way the text that I received was written out. Both refused to listen or acknowledge the text and needless to say I ponied up the extra $10 so as to not have to possibly go through the same problems again with a different company. I had a few choice words for them both because of the level of frustration from this transaction, from being lied to just to make a sale, to just being downright rude and disrespectful. This led to the driver calling my phone 2 additional times AFTER the transaction was complete. With that being said, I will NEVER again use this company as it seems that they will do and say whatever they have to too get you to purchase, and then renege once they arrive. After this experience I may never even use the site again. The last straw.
