First off I really hope this review get some attention, especially by the dispatcher and staff. I bought straw cheesecake and disliked the strain so I wanted a swap. I texted them complaining about it and he didnt waste a beat in getting another order ready for me with just $20 to pay for delivery! Even after, I was being super impatient and entitled about when my order was coming and for that I want to apologize. They really took care of me despite how inconvenient it must have been for them. I got an oz of sugar breath and slept like a baby! This is just one of the many great experiences Ive had with them. Seriously, if youre on the fence about who to go to or what type of quality youre getting, look no further than right here. Thank you so much Cloud9

So I had a very frustrating experience with THC Bank and I honestly wont be copping from here again. The bud quality is absolutely not what is advertised for their premium ounces. I ordered ice cream cake that ended up looking like home grown OG. They had the nerve to put a google picture up on the menu and refused to even show real pictures. I almost felt scammed, not to mention the ounce was a gift for someone.

My picky ass didnt like the taste of the rainbow sherbet too much so I asked to swap it for their top shelf Boom. They allowed me to pay the difference and even though I was only swapping they got to me in under an hour. You guys dont need to look anywhere else for your buds??

I hit them up for their $150 oz sale and ended up getting the MAC after looking up the effects. Damn these guys brought their A-Game with this. The effects were so potent it beat out Cookie Dough in my top 5 strains. Cloud 9 is killing it!

I get flowers for myself and my grandmother all the time. This particular time I picked out the gelato #45 but she was worried it was a bit much, when I hit up Cloud9 and asked to exchange it for the cookie dough it was no hassle at all. I dont need to look for bud anywhere else ever again.

Had a situation pop up with my order and they were able to sort it out. Good quality and prices are one thing but their customer service is definitely a plus.
