Rude. We tried to call them, and they said to text. After thirty minutes of no reply, we called again and they said to text driver's license. We did and another thirty minutes passed with no answer. We ended up going with another dispensary. No apology or explanation from them on why they were being so rude. Bad customer service. Would not recommend it. Shame on you for having that description in your "About us" and then providing such terrible customer service.
