BEWARE For pre inquires I wouldnt recommend Im a long time customer with cloud 9 I had a unresolved issue that I contacted the company about and nothing was accommodated for me missing 5.2 grams out of a ounce also waited 7hrs for management response that didnt solve anything instead decided to justify on top of that the driver took about 3hrs from the time I called I usually never have a issue and I feel very offended and scammed out of my money. Long time staff seems to be getting careless and customer service is not a priority when it comes to them . Very disappointed definitely unacceptable I even try to give them a chance to do something about the matter before I made this review still Nothing .
