I was excited to try this business.. I ordered at 9pm. Called around 9:45pm to get an update since it was still in pending delivery. Rep said the driver got in an accident but he was still delivering but will be delayed... Cool. 10:45pm, still in Pending Delivery queue. I call same rep says "oh we're not delivering, we're closed." Could you not have called to say that? HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will not be ordering from them again.
