Purchased from jackpot a month ago. Amazing service, great delivery and product. Ordered again last night, completely new business operators and new business name. Received 1/2 oz when paid for a full oz. scaled it, and the bag also said 14 on it. Stay away from this business as its no longer the same operators they will rip you off.

Unfortunately I have mixed reviews and just want to leave my extended feedback. First time I ordered at a great price, delivery waived for a first time customer. Meds were absolutely fantastic in smell, taste, appearance and potency. Was delivered I think within 15 minutes? Extremely kind and concise phone conversation. All around amazing experience. I ordered for the same bud, same quantity two weeks later and quite frankly received an entirely different strain. I had seen the strain for two weeks straight and still had some to compare it too. If it was the same strain it was definitely a different batch because the cure, consistency appearance, etc were completely different. I called to inquire but the meds were more than okay regardless, despite being very heavy on the stems. They offered to replace the bag but I said dont worry about all the trouble, they offered some goodies next time I ordered. The guy wasnt the most kind on the phone I think he had a hard time hearing me because he was extremely passive aggressive in some of the texts when I got off the phone followed by more apologetic when I clarified. I just ordered yesterday, granted being a deal oz where I didnt expect it to be top shelf, but Ive been out of work due to corona. I mentioned the goodies for the previous mixup at the same time as the delivery address and didnt receive anything. The bud was about what I expected, maybe slightly worse and again just full of stems. In an oz probably 1/8 or more just stem. Just a full feedback after choosing them 3 times so you can know what to expect. Good prices IMO, insanely fast delivery. Just not the best customer service if you promise to make something right and dont actually do that... bad business IMO. If youre a first time customer or exclusively pony up for top shelf Im sure youll be fine I just wanted to share that an experience I had with them rubbed me the wrong way. They tossed in a freebie joint the first two times, but the bud in the bag was 27.4 so its kind of like deducting out of your bag but doing you the solid of rolling it?

Cannot say enough good things about these guys. Promised Id leave a 5 star review last time and forgot until I stumbled upon their posting again. The first time I ordered they delivered In literally 9 minutes!!!! Have officially become my go-to. Dont make you feel like youre wasting their time if you dont get an OZ at a time even though I usually do. Have tried dozens of vendors on this site and honestly just have no need to go anywhere else. Trust the product, trust the reviews, very legit. Thanks again, truly appreciate your service.
