Dude calls me 3 minutes before scheduled delivery to say they don't have the shatter I ordered. I say fine. Dude calls me 10 minutes after scheduled delivery to say he's 15 or 20 minutes away from my incomplete delivery then wants to give me attitude for cancelling?!? Ditch this place until they can get their act together

Delivery was 56 minutes late. Got a free edible for my wait, but that wouldn't have been necessary if anyone had reached out to say they were running behind and could we move the delivery to a later or earlier time. Every communication regarding the lateness was instigated by myself, and I had to ask several times. The bud is great, driver was nice, and the business seems good usually but if you're going to be indefinitely late you need to communicate that to the customer. Public restrooms are not open anywhere, people need to plan things out.
