After 3.5 hours no response to in app message or texts. Cancelling order. Other services on this have terrible delivery times too but Best Buds cares so little for their customers that they won't even respond. Stay away.

Put in order at 7pm and selected option for delivery at 9:15pm. Texted at 8:30 to verify delivery and was told it wouldn't be tonight. Every delivery is a major issue. Better off to find someone reliable than use this service.
