1.0Driver called and said 30 minutes out. One hour later still no driver. Called no answer. Text no response. Text again informing him to just cancel. He said he was stuck in traffic in DC at 10pm. The second lie. Informed him I have been waiting two hours. He said he could come at 6 in the morning. All lies a waste of time and he blew the high I was trying to get.
Two hours and 45 minutes later the driver calls and say he will be here in 25 minutes. I write a post and this is what they send me. """"Hey i am so sorry. I understand you have all the right to say this but one of the drivers that was coming to you got in a car accident and couldnt get to you. I would like it if you can remove the reviewe you wrote and we can give you discount for your next order.
1.0Order from this company twice. First time I call and ask for a eta. Got a text back saying they have a two hour window. Cool. Driver showed up 2 hours 45 minutes later. Today I place a order at 6 pm. The driver call me at 8:40 to say he will be here in 25 minutes. Now thats a 3 hour window. Dont fuck with these people There wait is way way too long
