I'm pretty livid with Fat Stash right now. After confirming an order on Friday for Saturday with them, they completely stood me up and CLOSED for the weekend. I waited at my meetup location for HOURS!! And after many attempts at contacting them, I gave up and reached out to someone else. I have used Fat Stash many times, and I have never had this issue. Not so much as a text to let me know they shut down for the weekend, nothing. Why confirm an order and even text me for Id and confirmation only to not show up? Whatever, I'm over it, I'll just take my money elsewhere from now on.

I was really in a bind when I ordered from DC connect today. I was stood up by another business, and had already been waiting for hours for someone to show. Thankfully, I was able to find DC connect and place an order with them. After explaining what I had already been thru, they came as fast as they could, and when they forgot 3 of the carts I ordered, I called immediately and they came back right away with the rest of the order. Even though there was a little slip up, I am very pleased that they came through for me after being lied to by another business. I haven't been able to use the product yet, so I can't attest for that right now, but customer service was on point. Thanks again!

Very pleasant first experience with Fat Stash. Driver ran about 15 mins late, but very understandable with DC traffic. Driver was friendly and did call a few times to keep me updated on ETA. Product was good, green crack was a little stemmy, but still a great buzz. The sunset sherbert was excellent. Weight was right on. Very pleased with the overall outcome, and will definitely use them again in the future!
