These people are always rude. And its always something, whether its coming from the driver or the dispatch. My stress levels always go up when dealing with them. Ive had a specific driver apologize on two separate occasions after getting nasty for no reason, to both my friend and I. My recent experience comes about after I placed an order based on pictures they advertised and the product I received was nothing like the pictures, or even like the strain I had previously. Im not sure what this bud is, and it also doesnt smoke like anything. When I contacted dispatch literally minutes after I received my order, they had no interest in my concern and I got hit with Obviously we use the best from the batch for pictures when the product I received didnt even slightly resemble or fall under the description they have. Im just disappointed atp, and will probably stay away.

Im not sure what these folks are selling but its not gas. Ordered the 120 deal and the buds are brown, broke down like dirt and just have the worst smell when burned. I thought it was an honest deal but it wasnt. The bud I picked was suppose to have 26%thc and that was definitely nothing close. The driver communicated very well and kept me updated so that was appreciated.

Communication is horrible. My delivery time came and passed, I still didnt hear a word from them or their driver, called a few times and finally got through to someone for them to tell me that my order will be an additional 40 minutes late which was an inconvenience for me but the person on the phone didnt seem to care about my time, or money. My previous experience was similar to this as well, order was delayed but at least they let me know. I wont be back here, expect delays yall.

Herb use to be a lot better. Not sure if its under new management or what but my recent experience was terrible. I ended up cancelling my order based on the responses I received from asking simple questions about their strains. They had no knowledge of the buds I inquired about, instead they gave me recommendations I didnt ask for and was just really rude. Customer service means a lot so I wont be donating to any dispensary that doesnt have at least their customer service together.

Texted ahead of time to ask a few questions and they were super helpful, prompt, and respectful. Customer service means a lot, especially cause its rare. Ive had a few disappointing experiences but I really feel like I hit the jackpot with these guys!! Thanks so much

Ordered the top shelf shake and it was legit. If the shake is good quality I know for a fact the bud is amazing! I even messaged them beforehand to ask some questions and they were very pleasant and quick. The driver was on time, I was running a little late and they waited no problem. Id say it was a great experience all around. Thank you!

Ordered premium shake and it was definitely Reggie, idk if this place is trying to get over on people but the quality should be there even if its shake. I really cant imagine what the premium buds are like if the shake doesnt smoke. Driver wasnt on time, but communication was great.
