Terrible customer service/ communication made an online order at 1037 am got a text later asking how they could help me told em what I wanted, then sent my face pic and id as requested then heard nothing else from them texted them back a few times to see if everything was ok not once did anyone assure me or say anything like we got your order and well be there at this time texted them bk a few other times no response.. fuck them its been over 2 hrs and still no response id respect a no we arent coming so I could make other plans I hate service like this cause im sitting here waiting for on you and u dont even let me know whats going on
