If you plan on using this dispensary plan on waiting awhile! I knew it was going to be a bad experience from the moment no one answered my questions I Submitted the day before. After my questions wasnt answered I called around 11:30am To figure out what was going on with my order Ive placed for around 1pm. When the guys answer I could barely understand him his words sounded all slurred and muffled I had To ask him to repeat himself multiple times after awhile he pretty much told me my order was find and everything was set for delivery for 1pm at the correct location. Once 1:05pm came around and I hadnt gotten a call to let me know they were almost there I called them and Then they told me to give them a sec to see where the delivery guy was he would give me a call back I waited Until 1:35pm and still didnt get a call back not even a courtesy call to let me know what was going on. I called Back same guy answered said he would send me the delivery guys number. After a few minutes I got The number called and the delivery guy and he was just now picking up my order at 1:40pm now. I just Wanted to get my stuff and get the hell out of DC. Guy said he had a couple of stops before me so at this point i had enough so i just asked for the address he was first going to So I could Meet him there. I got My stuff went home. This place is very Unprofessional and upright upsetting on the way they treat their customers no customers service skill at all.
