I had to wait 1.5 hours for my order to get completed. Every time I called to ask about the status, the office said the driver would be there shortly and was dismissive. The office also gave the driver the wrong address and I ended up driving 20 minutes out of the way to meet him to not waste anymore time. Very frustrating and not a good first impression.
