So Im going to put this out there so that everyone knows what to expect. Now before the company uses the rebuttal that Ive never ordered from them let me start by explaining that I created a separate account so that my personal identity does not get revealed for the sake of privacy reasons. Now I will start with the positives. Their products are amazing. If youre buying economy flower, stop because your best bet is Top Shelf and Private Reserve. Youll notice the difference immediately and believe me it is worth paying a higher price. However the customer service needs help. If you have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the girl that answers the phone you can probably relate. Youll notice that your intelligence will be questioned, youll receive a negative tone of voice and be prepared to be insulted. I say this knowing the full weight of my statement and Im prepared to be banded from this business and with other potential businesses that may see this post. But quite frankly enough is enough. Im tired of being talked to like a child when Im clearly grown, been grown. The insults are unwarranted and unnecessary. Simple disputes and transactions dont require someone making you feel inadequate and incompetent for what appears to be for their enjoyment. Again their product is spectacular, I give it 5 stars hands down. But be cautious when dealing with the girl over the phone because you would expect customer service to be well, customer service but unfortunately you will personally have to pack a lot patience and grow tough skin to truly deal with her. You may not be insulted directly but again your level of intelligence will be brought into question and you may be forced to deal with an unwarranted amount of BS simply because you have a question, comment or concern with dealing with this one person in particular
