I placed a pre-order on wheresweed late at night for a 12:45pm delivery. In the morning I get a text asking for a picture of me holding my id. I send, and get no response. So I call because it is getting time for me to leave if I am going to be there on time. The girl on the phone says no problem and to go ahead and leave, she will put the order through. So I leave. When I'm about half way there I get a text from her in broken english, so I call to ask her about it. She now has no knowledge of my order and is asking me when I put it in. I calmly explain it to her, and that I am already on my way. Finally, she sighs and says it won't be ready for another hour maybe two, and asks if I can wait. I said no since she could not give me an actual pick up time (I don't have time to sit around waiting all day; I have to work). At this point she starts being very unprofessional and playing the blame game and explaining to me how much work she has to do. Again, very unprofessional, and rude. This whole experience was a big waste of time. I will not be ordering from them again.
