Someone referred me to cloud 9 and I will never order here again. I ordered from here earlier this week and as soon as I received my bag it wasnt sealed nor was it the amount that I paid for. I bought 2 different strands of exotic and both bags were short and the buds were broken into tiny pieces. I also reached out and when I told them it was short I never received a reply back.If you want quality I wouldnt look for it here.

I ordered from here yesterday. Not only did I have Togo get my own order because they were short on drivers, I also was still charged a $20 delivery fee. On top of that I ordered 3 strands (GSC, GELATO, PU) I did not receive PU but instead they put a stand in the bag that says ATF. She tried saying it was PU but It wasnt. It look like a bad/Old weed! When I spoke to Kush Coma she said I could swap it out and for me to text the number only to get no reply. So I texted the driver just for him to say it wasnt him? how did I get your number. Now Im stuck with something I didnt order. Over all bad experience I wont Order here again.

Hotbox dc was good. They took a while to confirm my order. The bud I had gorilla glue and northern lights and grape ape were good buds. The delivery was horrible both times I ordered they werent delivered to my house. I had Togo and meet the driver the first time and the second time they didnt have a driver so I had to meet someone at a meet point. When I asked the young lady do I still have to pay a delivery fee she said yes. That was wrong your not getting the delivery service you paid for. But yeah.. that was my experience.

My first time ordering they responded right to me after placing the order, the driver got to me in a timely manor and was very respectful the bud was great and they communicate with their customers. Thanks again guys look forward to hearing from you guys again.
