Incompetent at this point would be an understatement. The management answering the phone does not understand basic business and how to work with a customer. I will gladly be taking my money elsewhere, where I can get cheaper bud, cheaper wax, and better customer service. The only thing I'll be missing out on is the good deal they have on shake.
