1.8Truthfully, I was left dissatisfied & would like a refund or better. I really made sure to thoroughly explain my needs & asked if my purchase would satisfy a particular THC content need. I was expecting at least some descent designer trim. What I received had a bad taste & very little potency. It just wasnt good & not worth buying. I dont even know what to do with it now. I wasted my money. Customer service was nice & everything, but I'd suggest making sure that the customer knows exactly what theyre getting. The driver was an hr late & I ordered a day in advance. 5.0I\'ve tried other places & in my honest opinion, no other dispensary compares to The Ladder. The customer service & especially Lily is the best, they\'re always prompt & professional & most of all great quality products. Thanks again for great service.
