A) NO PRIVACY - you sign in a public sheet. Anyone can read all the names, etc. The techs ask you a bunch of pointed questions about your treatment and tries to recommend items for your specific treatment. To my knowledge, the clerks are not medically trained to be making therapeutic suggestions. B) They are inaccurate with prices & totaling your orders: I had purchased a tincture and was told it was 15$, only to be told once I got to the counter that it was 20$, but that "they would give me a deal." Prior to this, I had made a large purchase and asked the clerk to triple check my order and total - so I didn't cheat them/vice versa. This person claims they did, only to catch me on my next visit and tell me that he "under charged me and that I owed 20$ from my last visit." THEY CALLED MY CELL PHONE to 'get ahold of me to tell me they undercharged me.' My latest visit, I had made sure my total was correct and counted my money, gave it to the bud tender (which they take out of view to the cash register) to be told that I was 9$ short. I paid the difference BOTH times they told me I was off...(Hey, I'm not perfect and it's possible I made a mistake...but this is the 3rd inconsistency and I don't think it's me.) If you go - get exact prices upfront, take a calculator, re-count your money and then watch your money once it leaves your hand !!! You don't get a receipt with your order, so it is your word against theirs. However, they DO write receipts.....2 receipts to be exact: one for your chart and the other for the till. Sometimes they document in your chart. Sometimes they don't. Which brings me to my next point C) The prices are expensive - and they seem to fluctuate depending on the person that services you. Totally jacked up!!!! Not to mention, they rarely have what is featured in their on-line menu. Oh, and they give you discount cards but you HAVE TO make sure that they offer you a card AND punch it when you make a purchase. That is one of the few perks of going to this place. D ) There ARE good people that work there, and I think they do have good products (if you don't mind paying for it)....However, there are some employees that lack professional boundaries. Being friendly is O.K., but constantly flirting is uncomfortable and icky. Calling customers' cell phones is a HUGE NO NO. Not sure about you, but I try to keep my therapy private as it's no one's business. I really don't NEED anyone calling my phone because they supposedly screwed up their calculations. E) I was able to call to place orders and to ask about their inventory (which they used to do) and suddenly they stopped - claiming to have never done so. You have to physically drive there and go in, to find out what they have in stock. And if they do not have what you want, they will be sure to tell you they have "product A" in the back but they can't release it for sale until a future date. F) My last gripe is that they measure/weigh/count $ OUT OF VIEW! You go to this little window and cannot see them weigh/measure/or count your money or meds. I understand they may have to keep money/meds put away so they don't get swiped, but I think if anyone is doing the swiping -it's not the customers! I have walked out before missing an item that I ordered & paid for. Honestly, I can't figure out why this place has so many issues......Oh and why do I continue to go here? It is close and convenient, except all of the crud I mentioned above. Despite a few nice people and the quality of the meds, I think this place stinks!!!
