The dude that owns this place is such a smarmy jerk and is breaking the law by charging "sales tax" when there isn't any or else all the other dispensaries in town just take it out of their profits. But I think he is actually breaking the law, charging tax on food.I just hate that thin, dark haired white guy who is either the owner or just acts like it so much because he sold me all kinds of useless crap on my VERY FIRST DAY OF BEING AN MMJ PATIENT and he KNEW that, cuz I told him. He sold me all different kinds of USELESS CRAP, including a giant bong, when I told him I wasn't planning on smoking a lot of flower... I wanted to Vape. The next day I went back with the gigantic bong that was still wrapped up and asked him if he would please refund my money since I had no plans of using it and he started saying things to me like "Well, how do I know that you didn't use it and are trying to get your money back on something you used?" Well, douche-bag, firstly, the only flower I got from you was the free gram you gave me for being a new patient. I told you I wasn't planning on smoking any. Plus, the way the bong was formed after it's first use there is a big spot right under the pipe part that one could never get clean, no matter what. (yeah, I tried smoking it after my Vape went south for a few days)Second, he said some shit to me like "Well, I have been using this cash register for 6 months and I never saw a "return" button on it, do you see one?" No, A-hole, I don't see a return button, but the concept of me buying over $200 worth of junk from you and getting very little useful advice on how to actually use most of what I got doesn't win me any points????? Plus, your hard candy is terrible and your "tinctures" are so slimy with goo and sugar that I couldn't take them. Every other dispensary I have been to has always told me that if I wasn't happy with any product I could bring it back, and I have. This is why other dispensaries in Shoreline rock and A Green Cure completely sucks. Rude ownership that treat themselves to a 9.5% tip every time you buy something and pocket that money AND give you a smarmy attitude when you ask an innocent question like "May I return this bong I bought less than 24 hours ago and never unwrapped"? I just asked... and he made fun of me and bit my head off.I hope this place gets squeezed out of business by all of the other WONDERFUL dispensaries I have found within a 1 mile radius of A Green Cure. Do yourself a favor and go down to 137th and Aurora (less than 8 blocks away) and they will treat you right. They have the nicest, smartest budtenders around and they will cheerfully replace anything that doesn't float your boat....

Seattle Quality started out in South Seattle and opened another branch in the North End. These guys are just the best... I have gone into them for medicine/advice/friendship a little over 6 months and they have seen me in every condition. The people who run this dispensary are just top notch people: they will trouble shoot your equipment (as long as you bought it there), they will try to sleuth out a particular strain if that's what I'm after and they just started carrying the BEST medibles I have ever seen: both in the quality of the ingredients (no preservatives, cereal or HFCS) and the intensity of the high are the best I have sampled. Since I was a beginner (who truly knew next to nothing) they didn't try to sell me a lot of useless junk (got to have that experience at another place) and they began to educate me. I'm very fond of all of the dedicated people who run this dispensary and help negotiate this entire maze of experiences I've had in the past few months. Thanks guys and gals at Quality. You rock and no trip to the Seattle area would be complete unless you visit this wonderful dispensary. Wait!!! There are only 5 stars???? Quality deserves an entire constellation.

Why does this dispensary get to tack on 9.5% tax? Something that costs $20 (say Vida Verde Creams) costs $20 everywhere it's carried, but at A Green Cure it costs $21.80something. I think they are using the extra tax to make extra profit. Their flower is really dry and the only time I stop by there now is for this candy that I can't seem to find anywhere else. They are very close to my house. My VERY first day as an MMJ patient, I went there because it was the only dispensary I knew (since I drive by it most days) and the budtender hooked me up with SO much GARBAGE that didn't work and then got an attitude with me when I complained about the quality. Also, on the first day of being an MMJ patient, the dude (I think he's the owner) "helped" me and sold me this gigantic bong, which I tried to return the next day. He was SO insulting to me. He said shit like "look at my cash register: it doesn't have a "refund" button" and "how will I know if you used it or not?" (it was still wrapped the way he wrapped it the day before and I had NOT tried it) and since there is NO WAY to clean this one part of it....then there would be a way to tell if I had used it and I pointed that out to him and he refused. I hate this place and only go if someone else is out of something. They are THE WORST!!!!!!!! Hate them so much.
