I was a regular at AAB coming in at least every other day.. The security and workers know me.. I never had a problem besides the prices being kinda high.. Then yesterday I went in and it was a bunch of people I never dealt with before working.. First I tried to buy a vape cartage the same ones I have bought from AAB like 10 other times.. Some reason today they wanted to charge me $20 more then I usually pay so I didn't buy it.. Then I have my $20 reward and the person argued with me I could not use it.. Why give rewards if we are going to have a hard time using them?? 20 mins inside the store this whole experience was a joke.. You guys have giving me to much before and I returned it the following day so for meto have to argue to use reward points and be charged me then you sell the item for is a joke.. The New customer service is a joke and it's no longer a place all about customers they have the mind frame they have the upper hand.. I have been a customer since you opened and now I'm taking my business else where.. I hope trying to charge me $20 extra and not allowing me to use my rewards was worth losing my business of $100 or more every 2 days.. It's not hard to find tree in DC and AAB won't last the way business is being handled now
