Wow! What a joke!! Driver called said he was 30 minutes away. Call him 45 minutes later and he is almost there. Call back 10 minutes later and he is still 10 minutes away. Dont waste your time like we have! Completely ridiculous. Terrible first time going through and definitely wont be back!
