Louder Effect Holistics

So I was a first time patient, I ordered 1 g of Girl scout CO2 and 1 g superman OG. First off he gave me the same exact stuff under two different labels, thinking that since I was a young female I wouldn't notice. Well, I make wax and am not stupid. It was not at all what he said it was he told me this was a lighter color shatter when it is dark and it is not at all shatter, its a putty very unstable and hard to handle. The wax paper he put it on ripped everytime I tried to get a dab. The Girl Scout is made with butane not CO2. It crackles when it burns meaning that he got water into it when he was making it, probably from the water bath. I doubt the lab tests are right because that stuff is honestly shit and it doesn't even get me high. He was on time for the delivery and made room in his schedule on such a short notice Ill give em that. Worst delivery service ever!!!
