Subject: Unacceptable Delivery Experience - Poor CommunicationShort Description: Scheduled and confirmed a delivery more than 2 hours prior and was never contacted by a driver/POT TIME at all.I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service provided by POT TIME for my recent order. I had eagerly anticipated the arrival of the product I ordered and made arrangements to ensure I would be available during the scheduled delivery window. Unfortunately, as the scheduled delivery time approached, I received no communication whatsoever from POT TIME regarding the status of my delivery. I was left in the dark with no updates or information, which is both unprofessional and inconsiderate from a customer's perspective.This lack of communication did not only inconvenience me but also disrupted my daily routine and caused me to waste valuable time waiting for a delivery that never arrived. As a loyal customer, I had expected a much more efficient and transparent service.It's POT TIME's responsibility to keep customers informed of any delays or changes in the delivery timeline. Had I been notified in advance, I would have been able to make alternative arrangements or reschedule the delivery at a more convenient time.POT TIME needs to value their customers and commit to improving their delivery service and communication.DO BETTER, POT TIME
