Called on the phone they wanted to KEEP copies of all my info and they wanted to charge me ten dollars a gram. Also while they claimed its a suggested donation that they are asking, their price was firm, it was pay this or go elsewhere. So they wanted more money then buying it on the black market (from the black market rates I've heard of in the PDX area ) and they wanted me to surrender copies of my papers!
